Brian Snyder for Alderman | 2008

Brian was Born in Nashville and moved to the outskirts of the Nolensville community in 1987. He attended Middle Tennessee State University where he received his Bachelor of Science in Electronic Media Journalism. His next steps pushed him to the forefront of the community when he became a part of the Woody and Jim morning show on 107.5 The River. This time provided Brian many opportunities to build his network of accomplished resources and strategic skills that would prove vital in his next stop.

2002, Brian begin to work for Dell Inc., the nation's 35th largest company. Here he was able to build on his financial and business acumen, strategic agility along with excelling in his sales roles. He was a leader from infancy of their acquisition group in Nashville, moved forward in developing and retaining long standing relationship minded customers.
His responsibilities included a annual quota of 10 + million dollars.

Brian's next role would begin to prepare him for public service, the role was a training consultant. Here he perfected the skills of consulting with multiple groups and creating proper channels of communication. This role consisted of dedicated listening and concise execution upon every project. Meetings with both sides; the business, the customers, and ultimately creating a unified solution with all parties involved.
